Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for healthcare services, including therapy, before your first appointment.

As an out-of-network provider, I will provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate before we begin working together. This estimate will include the expected cost of therapy based on your treatment plan and anticipated session frequency.

My current fee is $225 per 53-minute session. If you have questions about costs or would like to discuss fee arrangements before scheduling, please reach out directly at hello@encompasstherapy.com.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute that bill. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
