Therapy for Adults Who Want Something Different

You don’t have to keep white-knuckling it through stress, relationships, or self-doubt.
I work with professionals, creatives, and over-thinkers who want to understand themselves better, move beyond old patterns, and create a life that feels more steady, free, and authentic.

    • Perfectionism, inner critic, people-pleasing

    • Trouble focusing, starting, or following through

    • Feeling scattered or masking to “fit in”

    • Systems that don’t work for your brain

    • Old family patterns that still affect you today

    • Struggles with trust, boundaries, or feeling safe

    • Replaying relational dynamics you want to change

  • Two women celebrating and talking at a kitchen table with gifts and decorations.

How I Work

Trauma-informed

We’ll explore how stress and past experiences play out today, and practice ways to feel safer and more regulated.

Neurodivergent Affirming

I support your unique mind — not by “fixing,” but by helping you understand and honor how your brain works.

Depth + Practical Integration

Our work combines insight and action — understanding patterns and finding concrete steps that fit your life.
