Hi! I’m Rachel and I love helping caregivers, creatives, students, and tech workers navigate the meaningful and sometimes messy work of healing - whether that means making peace with your past, finding your voice in relationships, or learning to live more fully with ADHD or autism.

In therapy, we slow things down so you can tune into yourself, explore what truly matters, and begin to shift what feels stuck.

My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, but we will go beyond coping skills to uncover the deeper patterns driving your struggles - so you can make lasting, meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, curious, and honors your lived experience in all your identities.

Yes, you’ll learn tools to cope - but more importantly, you’ll build a life that feels more easeful, joyful, and connected.
