Hi! I’m Rachel and I love helping messy perfectionists navigate the messiness of living and growing. That might look like healing from anxiety and overwhelm, finding a voice in relationships, or learning to live more fully with ADHD or autism.

In therapy, we slow things down so you can tune into yourself, explore what truly matters, and begin to shift what feels stuck.

My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, but we will go beyond coping skills to uncover the deeper patterns driving your struggles so you can make lasting, meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, curious, and honors your lived experience in all your identities. I bring metaphors and a sense of humor to all I do.

Yes, you’ll learn tools to cope - but more importantly, you’ll build a life that feels more easeful, joyful, and connected.

We might be a good fit if…

  • You’re trying to make life work in an expensive city and some days it feels really hard.

  • You feel distracted.

  • You’re bored and overwhelmed at the same time.

  • You’re trying to hold it all together, yet things keep getting dropped.

  • It feels impossible to afford life, be engaged with work, have hobbies, cultivate community, care for your body, and manage your mental health.

  • Some part of your life isn’t working well at any given point: maybe it’s sleep, eating well and moving, relationships, emotional health, or focus.
